Sponsoring the BRM Benefit Classic is straightforward, but we want to make sure you get full credit for every dollar you give. Here's what you need to know:
Tiers are based on total giving. Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze recognition levels are determined by your combined contributions — not just a single transaction. Every dollar you give to BRM through this event counts toward your tier.
Class sponsorships roll up. Want to put your name on a specific class? Go for it. Each class sponsorship counts toward your tier total. Sponsor three classes at $500 each and you're already halfway to Bronze. Add a general contribution on top and keep climbing.
Want to sponsor at a custom amount? Select "Other" on any class listing and submit the form. We will invoice you within 48 hours. Classes are held for approximately one week while we await payment. If payment is not received within that window, the class goes back on the market.
If payment is received before someone else claims the class, we will honor your sponsorship regardless of the amount. If payment is received after the class has already sold, your contribution will be directed to another available class or to the BRM Foundation's general fund — either way, every dollar goes to work.
You don't have to do it all at once. Commit to a class today. Add more later. As long as your total giving reaches a tier level before the event, you'll receive that level of recognition.
Program deadline: July 20th. To have your name or business included in the printed show program, contributions must be received by July 20th. Don't let that date stop you — donations received after July 20th are still very much welcome. We will do our best to recognize any enhanced tier status you reach between that date and the Sunday before the show.
Not sure where to start? A Friend of BRM contribution is always welcome. No amount is too small and every gift goes directly toward helping equestrians in need.
